libcrypt-random-source-perl software package provides get weak or strong random data from pluggable sources, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcrypt-random-source-perl
libcrypt-random-source-perl is installed in your system.
